The following is our terms of service.

BETWEEN: Looking Glass Silver Ltd. Unit 3 No. 63 Gloucester Street. Brisbane 4101. Australia.
And: On-line customers
WHEREAS, the service provider is in business of development supply and operations of products and services relating to – on-line purchases from www.lookingglasssilver.com.
WHEREAS, this Agreement contains the Service Providers terms of engagement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements heron contained, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, agree as follows.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Service Provider is prepared to provide the following services to: On-line customers.

2. CALCULATIONS OF FEES AND OTHER CHARGES
a. Fees for Looking Glass Services are calculated on the total price of the goods ordered and current shipping charges. (The on-line customer can specify Postal services provider.) Looking Glass Silver Ltd regular postal provider is EMS Postal Service unless stated differently.
b. Looking Glass Silver Ltd provides a consultancy service for on-line customers ordering from Looking Glass Silver Ltd exclusive custom-made products. This service is only available after total payment for goods has been completed.
c. Before any bill is sent to the online customer Looking Glass Silver Ltd  Product Manager responsible for the matter will review it to ensure that the fees and other charges are appropriate.

3. BILLING ARRANGEMENTS
a. Billing occurs at the completion of the on-line purchase and order via Paypal.
b. Bills are payable via Paypal using any major credit card.
c. Looking Glass Silver Ltd will bill the on-line customer via Paypal.

NON – PAYMENT
a. All on-line orders are billed instantly and are only accepted on condition of full payment billed to the on-line party.

4. SHIPPING
a. On-line customers will be provided with a postal tracking number when the product has been sent.
b. On-line purchasers must allow 21 days from ordering to receive the goods.
c. All products are insured.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS
a. If products do not reach the on-line purchased safely the on-line purchaser must contact Looking Glass Silver Ltd within 1 calendar month from ordering stating the postal provider and tracking number.
b. Looking Glass Silver Ltd will replace any items lost in the post if our postal provider confirms the loss.

5. CUSTOMER PROMISE
a. All Looking Glass Silver jewellery is made with the highest-grade silver ranging from 92.5% silver to 95% silver.
b. All Looking Glass Silver exclusive products are exclusive to runs of 100 items or as stated on our website.
c. All Looking Glass Silver products are handmade and produced to the highest quality.
d. If the On-line purchaser is not happy with the quality of Looking Glass Silver product, the On-line purchaser may return the product and Looking Glass Silver will exchange or correct the problem and return to the On-line purchaser free of charge.
